When you start working with me, we don’t jump straight into workouts. We start by understanding your body, your history, and your goals—because no two bodies (or schedules) are the same.

From there, I create a personalized functional movement plan designed to restore mobility, strengthen weak links, and improve how your body works as a system. The focus is on longevity—building joints that move well, muscles that support them, and patterns that transfer into real life.
